Ellen is thrilled to announce that “The Girl Singer: A Tribute To Rosemary Clooney” will be hitting the boards in November of 2011 at Sunset Playhouse in Elm Grove, WI. Show dates are November 10-19, 2011 and tickets will be available through the Sunset box office.
Join Ellen, her amazing trio (Sam Steffke, Hal Miller and Jim Ryan) and wonderful guests for 6 great performances of the music of America’s Favorite “girl singer,” Rosemary Clooney. This original show, written by Ellen, will chronicle Rosie’s roller coaster life and feature the songs that made her famous. Also joining Ellen will be Don Lobacz (Four Guyz In Dinner Jackets) and fellow “sisters” in song: Tamara Martinsek, Becky Spice, Gladys Chmiel,Michaela Ristaino, Peggy Peterson Ryan and Trish O’Brien - for select performances.
